I cannot vouch for the accuracy of most of this data as I have not seen the original documentation. With the exception of a handful of instances where I made changes that I knew beyond any doubt to be correct, I have transcribed them as I received them. The vast majority have been previously published. However, they should be considered second-hand as the original transcribers of the records were human.
