Annie's mother died when her brother Elisha was only 9 days old, in 1817. Annie, apparently already married, lived near Fairmont, GA on Villanow Creek. According to the above source, Annie cared for young Elisha until he was grown. This would imply that Annie was at least 14 years old when Elisha was born in 1817, putting Annie's year of birth at no later than 1803.
