Notes for Amos LOWREY
[History of Benton, Washington, Carroll, Madison, Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian Counties, Arkansas. Chicago: The Goodspeed Publishing Co., 1889]
Amos and Eliza lived in Franklin Co, GA until 1935. They moved to what later became Gordon Co, then to Cobb Co. After Eliza died in 1860, Amos remarried and moved to DeKalb, GA where he died in 1879 at the age of 87.
